    b. You agree to set accurate pricing and understand that Homji may take a percentage fee from video sales or rentals as per our fee policy.
    c. Homji does not guarantee sales or rentals; earnings depend on viewer interest and pricing.

  9. Payment Terms

    If payments are collected through the Site, you agree to provide current, valid and complete payment information. You authorize Homji or its payment partners to charge amounts owed according to your listing terms.

  10. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:
    a. Use the Site or Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
